Meet Walter. A rather dapper little country mouse who always has a job or two to do!

Walter is a delightful handmade artist mouse created by Fiona Wells, the talented British bear artist behind Bumble Bears.

Standing just 10cm tall, Walter has wonderfully tousled cream-coloured fur, large upright ears, delicate whiskers and a sweet, characterful little face.

He's dressed in a handsome pair of burgundy corduroy dungarees, complete with little dark buttons, worn over a traditional patterned shirt in lovely country colours.

We rather imagine Walter spending his mornings tending the vegetable patch, mending the garden gate or pottering about in his little woodland workshop. Although we suspect he always manages to find time for a cup of tea and a biscuit!

About Bumble Bears

Fiona Wells has been creating unique handmade bears and characters since 1995. Originally from Conwy in North Wales, she now works from her fabric-filled conservatory in Southampton.

Her beautiful craftsmanship has earned her two Firsts at the British Bear Artist Awards and a First at the National Artist Bear Awards.

Full of personality and nostalgic charm, Walter is a delightful addition to any collection of handmade artist mice and woodland creatures.
