If your favourite soft toy has lost an eye or needs to be sewn up, you can book an appointment at Sasha's Teddy Bear Hospital. Sasha will examine the patient and choose the right treatment.

Patching, re-stitching, re-stuffing, reattaching limbs – no job is too small! There is even an eye-and-nose clinic for lost or misplaced parts. Sasha’s Teddy Bear Hospital accepts all species: your toy does not have to be Teddy to receive treatment.

Charlotte started her journey as a restorer back in 2015 as part of the BEAR IT IN MIND team, under the tutelage of Julie Tatchell and Amanda Middleditch. Her skills and expertise have grown enormously, and she
continues to work using a similar approach and ethos. Alongside restorations Charlotte
also makes "Memory Bears".

Sheila's Memory bears are made by hand from loved and special clothing.
