Refund & Exchange Policy
We hope you will be happy with your purchase however should you change your mind and wish to return or exchange an item, we will be pleased to assist and make the process as easy as possible.
In addition to your statutory rights, we are happy to exchange, refund or issue a store credit note for any unwanted product if it is unused in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase provided you are able to provide the original proof of purchase in the form of an original receipt (no copies) and or online order confirmation e-mail.
A store credit will be issued if you are returning items because you’ve changed your mind. If the product is faulty then a full refund will be issued.
All items must be returned with all parts in an unused, resalable condition and in the original packaging with the original labels, brand markers, certificates and ribbons attached.
Please note that there are some items which are strictly non-refundable and exempt from being returned or exchanged: These include sale items, gift cards, personalised products, made to measure and bespoke order products.

On Line Sales - Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that there are some items which are strictly non-refundable and exempt from being returned or exchanged: These include sale items, gift cards, personalised products, made to measure and bespoke order products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
