We’re excited to share details of the upcoming Maileg SS26 Collection and explain how our pre-order service works at Asquiths Bearpawium.
Maileg releases are always highly anticipated, with many pieces becoming instant favourites and often selling out quickly. Our pre-order service ensures customers have the best opportunity to secure their chosen items before they arrive.
Collection preview & arrival timeline
The Maileg SS26 Collection will be available to preview from 6th January 2026, with stock arriving in multiple deliveries throughout the first half of 2026. Items will arrive in stages rather than all at once, and estimated arrival windows are displayed on individual product pages.
Why do we offer pre-orders?
Maileg items are loved by both children and adults and are often highly collectible. New releases can sell out before they even reach our shelves. By offering pre-orders, we can place confirmed orders with Maileg early and give our customers the chance to secure their favourites. Pre-orders also help us plan stock levels responsibly.
Our pre-order approach
We operate a limited and carefully managed pre-order system to minimise disappointment:

Pre-orders are only offered on items that are already on a confirmed order with Maileg

We only accept pre-orders up to the quantity allocated to us

Once that allocation is reached, the item will show as sold out

Pre-orders open as soon as our stock has been confirmed
Once your pre-order has been placed and paid for, there is nothing further you need to do — we will notify you as soon as your items are ready to be dispatched.

Estimated delivery dates
Estimated delivery dates are provided on each product page based on information supplied by Maileg. These dates are a guide only and may change. Items can occasionally arrive earlier or later than expected, and we are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates. Any significant updates will be shared on our website.
Shipping your order
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we usually hold the order and dispatch everything together once all items are available. Where release dates are significantly spaced apart, we may split shipments if it is practical and cost-effective.
If you have specific delivery requirements — such as a birthday or special occasion — please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Order updates & staying informed
If you prefer to wait until items arrive in stock, you can sign up to our newsletter and follow us on social media for updates. You can also contact us with a list of items you are hoping for, and we will do our best to keep you informed.

Cancellations & changes
We offer a 14-day cooling-off period during which you may cancel or amend your pre-order. After this period, we kindly ask customers to commit to their selections, as stock is ordered based on demand.
If unexpected circumstances arise — either for you or for us — we will always aim to find a fair solution. If we are unable to supply an item, a full refund or store credit will be offered.
