Meet Acorn. A little woodland mouse with a smart pair of dungarees and a rather impressive collection of nuts!

Acorn is a delightful handmade artist mouse created by Fiona Wells, the talented British bear artist behind Bumble Bears.

Standing just 10cm tall, Acorn has wonderfully tousled cream-coloured fur, large upright ears, delicate whiskers and a sweet, characterful little face.

He's dressed in a handsome pair of dark brown corduroy dungarees, complete with little tan buttons, worn over a traditional cream and brown checked shirt.

We rather imagine Acorn spending his mornings gathering acorns beneath the old oak tree, carefully sorting his winter supplies and making sure there's always time for a biscuit before heading home!

Fiona Wells has been creating unique handmade bears and characters since 1995. Originally from Conwy in North Wales, she now works from her fabric-filled conservatory in Southampton.

Her beautiful craftsmanship has earned her two Firsts at the British Bear Artist Awards and a First at the National Artist Bear Awards.
