Charlie Bears - River

River is a stunning bear cub based on the black bears that are found in Shenandoah National Park. His fur is a deep black plush that has been left longer on his body and sides of his head. River has a crescent of sand plush on his chest and this colour also features on his shaved muzzle. On the bridge of his nose and around his eyes, he has warm brown plush and little flecks of the sand plush above his eyes to give him his expressive eyebrows. Within his ears he has tiny amounts of long white plush. River's hand stitched nose and sculpted paw pads are all black, except his toes which are made from a rich chocolate material. He wears a blue and brown checked neckerchief that also has a beige suedette side. This lovely boy gives a great hug as he is a chunky little cub who has lots of growing to do.
